Shipping Policy

At Lumaderm, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Currently available to select countries. Import duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

We want you to love your glow. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered:

You may return your product within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened collagen masks cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us with a photo and order number.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
